App: Mandala Walls

Mandala Walls ("we", "us") is an iPhone app that lets you browse, preview, and purchase Tibetan mandala wallpapers. We respect your privacy and collect only the information needed to provide the service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you do not need to provide

Mandala Walls does not require account registration, login, or your name, email address, or phone number to use the app.

1.2 Information collected automatically

Device identifier: A random UUID stored in the iOS Keychain, sent as deviceId to associate purchases and support Restore Purchases.
Language preference: Your device language for localized wallpaper titles and descriptions.
Push notification token (optional): APNs device token if you allow notifications about new wallpapers.
Purchase records: Apple transaction ID and product ID to verify purchases with Apple.

1.3 Information stored on your device

Purchased wallpaper cache: Encrypted cache on device for faster loading.
Photos (with permission): Save to Photos only when you explicitly request it.

2. How We Use Information

Deliver wallpaper listings, previews, and purchased originals
Verify and restore In-App Purchases
Send optional push notifications about new wallpapers
Maintain service security and prevent abuse

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

3. Apple In-App Purchases

All payments are processed by Apple. We do not collect payment card or Apple ID credentials. Refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Data Storage and Security

HTTPS (TLS) for all server communication
AES-256-GCM encryption for list/detail API payloads
One-time ECDH encrypted download for purchased originals
Wallpaper files on Alibaba Cloud OSS with private ACL and signed URLs

5. Third-Party Services

Apple (App Store, IAP, APNs)
Alibaba Cloud OSS (wallpaper storage)

6. Data Retention

Purchase records are retained to honor ownership and restore purchases. Device cache can be cleared by deleting the app.

7. Children's Privacy

Not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to or deletion of data linked to your device identifier. Email us; we respond within 30 days.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above reflects the latest version.
